It was not until many years later that I understood the role of the paintings of John Brack, Albert Tucker, and Sidney Nolan played on my own view of the world, and the type of sculpture I made. In that context I hope that this small sculptural installation is seen as an acknowledgement of, and not a copy, of their work.
